I have no problems with this surgery whatsoever.I have never had trouble getting an appointment,the receptionists are curteous and helpful, in person and on the telephone .I have never seen my own doctor yet ,but that is not a problem for me as I don,t visit the surgery that often ,usually as a last resort (I hate wasting peoples time ) or unless I get called in for a checkup,a very rare thing for me. This review gives me chance to say "Thankyou"

Generally appointment times are usually very good and you do not have to wait long. I have found Dr Prasad very helpful and efficient with a friendly and supportive attitude. The reception staff work very hard and do a tremendous job under some very difficult circumstances at times. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment with your own GP but there are usually more Doctors available to choose from. The Nurses at the practice are very efficient, friendly and put you at ease. Overall this practice does a very good job and I certainly would recommend it.

We have always had a very positive experience at the surgery Receptionists are extremely helpful and kind it is very important to receive empathy when you are extremely ill or are a carer We are fortunate to be patients at this practice and I cannot praise them enough Thankyou
